Memepics Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zoreslav Slobodyan ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Memepics mobile game (the "Game"). Memepics is a free-to-download game that may include advertising and in-app purchases.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited information needed to operate, secure, improve, and monetize the Game.

• Game account and profile data. We create an anonymous Unity player ID. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, we may receive your name, email address, profile picture, and an account identifier supplied by that provider.
• Game and online-play data. This includes your game progress, settings, language, achievements, virtual-item balances, leaderboard results, and online battle or lobby data. During online battles, your display name, profile picture, avatar/frame, and relevant game statistics may be visible to other players.
• Technical and analytics data. This may include IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, language, unique installation and analytics identifiers, session data, and events describing how the Game is used.
• Advertising data. When ads are shown, our advertising partners may collect or receive advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, ad impressions, interactions, and consent signals to serve and measure ads.
• Purchase data. We receive information about the product purchased and whether a transaction completed. Google Play or Apple processes payment information; we do not receive or store payment-card details.
• Push-notification data. If notifications are enabled, we process a push notification token, your language setting, and notification registration status to send game-related notifications.
• Voice-level data. Voice levels request microphone and speech-recognition permission only when you choose to use them. Memepics does not retain raw voice recordings or speech transcripts. Depending on your device and settings, speech recognition may be processed by the operating-system provider, such as Apple or Google.
• Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive the information you include in that message and your email address.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide sign-in, cloud saves, leaderboards, online battles, and other Game features;
• maintain the Game, diagnose errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect players;
• measure performance and understand how the Game is used;
• deliver, measure, and limit advertising;
• process and restore in-app purchases; and
• respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

3. Services That Process Information

We use the following service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

• Unity Gaming Services — Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Save, Lobbies, Relay, and Push Notifications.
• Google — Google Sign-In, Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, push notifications, and device speech-recognition services on iOS.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of players or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Game. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

Memepics uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Advertising may be personalized where permitted by law and your device settings or consent choices allow it. You can change advertising preferences through your device settings and Google controls. You can also manage notifications in your device settings.

5. Legal Bases for EEA, UK, and Swiss Users

Where these laws apply, we process information to provide the Game and requested features, with your consent where required (for example, for permissions or personalized ads), to pursue our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Game, and to comply with legal obligations.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain your account and progress, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal obligations. Service providers may retain information under their own documented retention practices.

To delete your account and associated Unity player data, use the in-game account-deletion option if available, or email snailgames.studio@gmail.com with the subject "Memepics data deletion request". We may need to verify the request and may ask for your Unity player ID or account email. Deleting an account may remove cloud saves, progress, and online-play data that cannot be restored.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us at the email address below. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Memepics is not directed to children under 13. The Game may contain mature language or themes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the Game or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
